Send Message to Participant
You have multiple ways to interact with the other participants in the review:

Mention in a comment

Mention in an annotation

Send a message via e-mail to individual participants

A message created here is also visible to the other participants in the review. Comments and discussions under this location do not relate to the content of the asset, but may concern dates, production and other details. These comments are visible in every version of the review.

Search and open the review, see Find and Open Review.
The review opens and shows the Annotation tab.

Switch to the General tab.

On the right sidebar, click in the text box below Comment and .

Type in @ directly or click the @ icon under the activated text field to see the list of participants.

Select one or more participants as addressees and write a comment.

Click on the
icon (paper plane).
The comment will appear in the global comments and an e-mail notification will be sent to the selected participants.

A message created here is also visible to the other participants in the review.

Click on an annotation in the right sidebar.
A new comment field opens underneath.

Type @ in the field to view the list of participants.

Select one or more participants as addressees and write a comment to the selected annotation.

Click the
button.
The review opens and shows the Annotation tab.
Your comment will appear under the annotation and an e-mail notification will be sent to the participants mentioned with @. Optionally, you can tag the annotation, see Mark Annotation With a Label.

It is sometimes necessary to send an e-mail to the owner. A direct e-mail message will not be as easily overlooked as one comment among many. This function can be used for ambiguity consultations, for example.

Navigate to the General tab.
Further down, the Version Participants section is shown on that page.

If you hover the mouse over a participant, three icons will appear in the same row behind the participant's name.

Click the envelope icon to compose a message to the designated participant.
The
dialog opens. -
Enter a subject and the text of your message.

Click the
button.
The message will be sent to the participant's stored e-mail address.
